The Draeger X-am 2500 is a lightweight confined space 4-gas monitor with constant gas level readout on a large, easy-to-read LCD display. This Draeger 2500 model monitors lower explosive levels of a range of organic vapors (LEL), oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO), and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) with highly sensitive and accurate Draeger sensors. The X-am 2500 is a diffusion gas monitor with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface. The sensors are able to come into contact with the surrounding air from two sides of the monitor housing. And the housing itself is extremely durable and meets IP 67 standards for dust and water incursion. When in alarm, the display screen highlights the affected gas and the unit uses both visual and audible alarms to alert the user.
